Ingredients

  • 1 literal 5 Leaf mint
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice
  • 0.75 oz Averna
  • 1.5 oz Plantation stiggins' fancy pineapple rum

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Fill with crushed ice, add straws, and garnish with a mint sprig and 3 spritzes Laphroaig Scotch.
