Boker's or angostura bitters (jerry thomas decanter), Simple syrup (1/4 oz), St. germain (st. elder), Rye whiskey (sazerac), Cognac (camus vs)

Angostura bitters, Benedictine, Rothman & winter orchard pear liqueur, Dry amontillado sherry (lustau)

1 Pinch salt, Moet imperial, Grand marnier, Ramazzotti amaro, Campari, Bulleit bourbon

Peychaud's bitters, Orange blossom water, Lime juice, Aperol, St. germain elderflower liqueur, Rhum jm blanc

Small handful mint leaves (6 leaves), Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Apple brandy (copper & kings floodwall)

Campari, Grand marnier, Benedictine, Boulard vsop calvados or laird's 7 1/2 year apple brandy (boulard vsop)
