Ingredients

  • 6 dash Peychaud's bitters
  • 0.25 oz Demerara syrup
  • 0.5 oz Laird's apple brandy (laird's bonded)
  • 0.75 oz Cognac (courvoisier vs)
  • 0.75 oz Rye whiskey (sazerac)

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into an absinthe-rinsed rocks glass (Butterfly Absinthe), and garnish with a lemon twist.
