Ingredients

  • 10 drop St. george absinthe
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Rothman & winter apricot liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Benedictine
  • 1.5 oz Encanto pisco

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a coupe, and garnish with a knotted orange twist.
