St. Charles Punch V2.0

Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Curaçao (copper & kings distillaré)
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 2 oz Cognac (courvoisier vs)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice, and float 1/4 oz port (Sandeman Tawny). Note: my port float cascaded down with only a small amount remaining at the top.
