Small handful mint leaves (6 leaves), Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Apple brandy (copper & kings floodwall)

Marie brizard white crème de cacao, Lillet blanc (cocchi americano), Hine vsop cognac (foret vsop)

Lillet blanc, Mirto, Aperol

Lemon juice, Luxardo maraschino, Green chartreuse, Courvoisier cognac (camus vs)

Ginger syrup (1 coin ginger, muddled), Campari, Marie brizard white crème de cacao (bols), Dolin blanc vermouth, El tesoro blanco tequila

Orange bitters (regan's), Cointreau, Cocchi americano, London dry gin (tanqueray)

Vieux pontarlier absinthe (1/8+ oz butterfly), Grenadine, Lime juice, Appleton v/x rum, El dorado 12 year rum
